Mr. Eastman Switch is the founder and owner of ES Innovation Consulting Services, LLC, a Native American-owned and managed digital business, and technology consulting firm. He is a full-blooded, enrolled member of the Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma. It was in March of 2021 when he established this company, which made it simpler for his client base to make references to the business. Prior to March 2021, his clients and colleagues were only aware of his first business, Eagles Nest Rental and Investments, LLC, which was beginning to focus more on consulting than real estate business. Skipakyah, Inc. is the name of the new company that he established in February 2024. An innovation firm for digital environmental technology, Skipakyah is a tribal word that means "green."

Mr. Switch has two decades of expertise as an Indian gaming regulator as well as gaming industry planning and operations. Mr. Switch also has more than three decades of experience in a variety of complicated tribal government operations, programs, and services. These core principles, which include tribal sovereignty, self-determination, and self-governance, influence all aspects of tribal government activities. Additionally, Mr. Switch is an employee at Tinker Air Force Base for more than two decades, where he has gained knowledge and expertise in the fields of manufacturing and industrial operations.

Mr. Switch served the Absentee Shawnee Tribe in a variety of capacities. AllNations Bank is owned by the Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma. Leading Independent Director for AllNations Bank Board from 2024 to the present; Secretary, Board of Directors, AllNations Bank Board from 2017 to the present; President, All Nations Bancorp Board from 2017 to the present. Additionally, he has held positions such as Gaming Commissioner for the Absentee Shawnee Tribe Gaming Commission from 2005 to 2019, Vice Chairman of the Absentee Shawnee Tribe Housing Authority from 2005 to 2007, Tax Commissioner for the Absentee Shawnee Tribe Tax Commission from 1995 to 2001, Member of the Management Board Tribal Development Authority for the Absentee Shawnee Tribe from 1996 to 1997, Election Commissioner for the Absentee Shawnee Tribe Election Commission from 1997 to 1999, and Chairman of the Absentee Shawnee Tribe Youth Council from 1990 to 1993.

Mr. Switch is employed at Tinker Air Force Base since 1999. He has extensive professional expertise in aircraft powerplant maintenance, aerospace component maintenance, and maintenance support operations. His professional experience includes working as an Industrial Engineer Technician from 2021 to the present, a Process Analyst in 2021, a Materials Engineer Technician from 2016 to 2021, a Special Process Training Leader from 2012 to 2016, an Electro-Plater from 2004 to 2012, and a Metalizing Equipment Operator from 1999 to 2004.

Mr. Switch serves as a Town Board Trustee for the Town of Johnson, Oklahoma. He graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma, and two times from Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Volunteer service with the Civil Air Patrol Flying Castle Composite Squadron at Tinker Air Force Base from 1988 until 1992. He received the rank of Cadet Airman First Class.
